2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
- Support data: messages you send us and correspondence history.
- Usage & telemetry: pages viewed, features used, device identifiers, IP address, browser type.
- Property evaluation inputs: address and property details you enter into the evaluator.
Payment data (card details, billing address, tax identifiers) is collected directly by our reseller, Paddle, and is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Creating and maintaining your account — performance of a contract.
- Providing the Property Evaluator and related services — performance of a contract.
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
- Customer support — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
- Marketing communications where permitted — consent (you can withdraw at any time).
- Meeting legal, accounting, and tax obligations — legal obligation.
4. How we share data
- Service providers / subprocessors that host and operate the service (cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and support tooling).
- Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, which handles the sale of our product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Professional advisers such as our lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where required to comply with law or protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting), and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
