Refund Policy

431 Real Estate Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to the 431 Property Evaluator. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at Brandon@431RealEstateSolutions.com and we will help arrange your refund with Paddle.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, refunds are handled at Paddle's discretion in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
